What actually determines your price
We do not publish a list price, and it is worth saying why rather than leaving you to guess. Two units of the same model can differ by a wide margin once wavelengths, handpieces, destination voltage, documentation and shipping mode are fixed. A number posted on a web page would be wrong for almost everyone reading it.
Why there is no price on the product pages
A published figure would either be a low anchor that never survives the real configuration, or a high one that loses your interest before we ever talk. Neither helps you plan. What helps is a written quotation against your actual configuration — and that we can send quickly once we know what you need.
Eleven things that move the number
- 01
Configuration you choose
Wavelengths, module count and options such as an extra probe or a second handle change the bill of materials, not just the label. Two machines with the same photo can differ by thousands of dollars because of what is inside.
- 02
Energy source and its rated life
Laser bar, tube, lamp or transducer is usually the single most expensive part. Its origin and rated shot count drive both the purchase price and what the clinic pays per treatment over three years.
- 03
Handpieces, tips and cartridges
Ask what ships in the box and what is billed separately. A low machine price with expensive locked consumables is more costly over two years than the opposite.
- 04
Screen, software and interface language
Screen size, preset library and the interface languages you need are part of the quotation. Adding a language after production means a firmware build, not a settings toggle.
- 05
Destination market
Voltage, plug type and local electrical requirements are set per country. Getting this wrong is not a discount — it is a machine that cannot be switched on.
- 06
Private label scope
Logo, boot screen, interface colours, manual and packaging are handled inside a normal order. Housing shape, non-standard colour and new tooling are project-scale work and are quoted separately.
- 07
Documents your market requires
Which certificates and technical files apply depends on the destination and on the exact configuration. We send what genuinely applies to your model and country, and we say so when something does not exist yet.
- 08
Quantity
Unit price moves with quantity, but so do lead time and packing method. Tell us the realistic first order and the follow-up plan — quoting one unit as if it were ten helps nobody.
- 09
Shipping mode and carton size
Air, sea and express price differently, and aesthetic machines are usually charged on volumetric weight. Carton dimensions are therefore part of the price, not an afterthought.
- 10
Warranty and spare-parts scope
What is covered, for how long, and how a replacement part actually reaches you are written into the quotation and the proforma invoice, not promised in a chat.
- 11
Payment terms
Deposit share, balance trigger and the accepted payment route are agreed before production starts and appear on the proforma invoice.
Send us these and the quotation comes back fast
- Model or technology you are considering — a category is enough if you are still choosing.
- Destination country, for voltage, plug and applicable documents.
- Realistic quantity for the first order.
- Whether you need private label, and how far it goes.
- Preferred shipping mode, and whether you have a forwarder.
