Production and quality control on our own floor
Six stages between your deposit and your delivery, and at each one there is something concrete you can ask us for on your own unit — component brands, measured test values, packing photos, a video call on the line.
Six stages, from incoming materials to dispatch
Use this as a checklist. While your order is running you can ask which stage it is at and what the previous stage returned — the lines below are what those answers should contain.
- 01
Incoming materials
Laser bars, handpieces, power supplies, cooling components and control boards are checked against the bill of materials for the model before they enter assembly.
You can ask which brand and specification of core component your unit uses.
- 02
Integration & assembly
The optical path, cooling loop, power section and control system are assembled and connected, then the software build for your configuration is loaded.
You can ask for the configuration sheet of your exact unit, including interface languages.
- 03
Function test
Output power, wavelength behaviour, pulse and frequency settings, cooling and every handpiece are run through their working ranges.
You can ask for the measured output values of your unit, not just the catalogue figures.
- 04
Stability / burn-in test
The unit runs continuously under load to surface the failures that only appear with heat and time, rather than after it reaches your clinic.
You can ask how long your unit was run and whether anything was replaced during the run.
- 05
Final inspection
Cosmetic check of housing and screen, accessory count against the packing list, labels, plug type and voltage against your destination country.
You can ask for photos or video of the finished unit before it is packed.
- 06
Packing & dispatch
Foam and carton packing, export documentation, and the shipping method agreed in your order — air or sea, with the paperwork your customs needs.
You can ask for the packing list, carton dimensions and weights before booking freight.
Your brand on the equipment
Branding and interface work is configured per model and per order. We confirm exactly what your chosen model supports in writing, before the quotation goes out.
Logo & housing marking
Your logo applied to the housing and the panel in place of ours.
Boot screen
Your brand on the start-up screen the operator sees every morning.
Interface languages
Device UI configured for the languages your market operates in.
Labels & rating plate text
Model naming and label text set for your brand and destination market.
Manuals
Operator and service manuals issued under your brand, in the agreed languages.
Packaging
Carton printing and inner packaging finished to your brand.
Changes to the physical housing shape or internal structure need new tooling. We quote that separately and confirm cost and lead time with you before anything starts — we do not promise structural customisation as if it were free.
Verification and production updates on your order
These are things we prepare for a specific order. Ask by model — the answer differs for each one, and a generic answer would not be worth much to you.
Quality-control checklist
The QC sheet for your unit: what was checked, what was measured, who signed it off.
Test videos & measured values
Function and burn-in footage of your own machine, with the output values actually measured — not just the catalogue figures.
Packing photos
Photos of the finished unit and the packed carton before it leaves the floor.
Remote video inspection
A live video call from the production or test area, so you can see your unit and ask questions in real time.
Model documentation & training
Specifications, manuals, the compliance documents that exist for that model, plus operator training material and a direct after-sales contact.
Talk to the factory directly
Tell us the model you are considering and the country it is going to. We will send the configuration, the documents that apply and a written price — or set up a video call with the production team.
