Product Overview
Power Supply for Diode Laser, IPL, and Nd:YAG Laser Machines
Available in 800W / 1000W / 1400W / 2000W Configurations
The power supply unit (PSU) is the core electrical component that provides stable, regulated energy to aesthetic laser and light-based systems. It converts and regulates electrical energy to ensure stable output for devices such as diode lasers, IPL systems, and Q-switched or picosecond Nd:YAG lasers. Our power supply units are available in 800W / 1000W / 1400W / 2000W models, offering options to match various device sizes and clinical energy demands.
These units are built with safety, efficiency, and reliability in mind, making them suitable for both new equipment assembly and aftermarket repair or replacement.

Advantages
- Stable Output Delivery:Provides consistent voltage and current regulation, which is fundamental for maintaining stable laser energy or light output across all treatment settings. This ensures repeatable treatment results.
- High Efficiency Design:Engineered for effective power conversion, minimizing energy loss as heat. This reduces the thermal load on the system's cooling system and can contribute to lower operating costs.
- Robust Construction:Built with industrial-grade components, such as high-capacity capacitors and transformers, designed to withstand the demands of continuous clinical use and provide a long service life.
- Multi-System Compatibility:Specific models are configured to meet the distinct electrical requirements of different technologies: the pulsed high current needed for IPL xenon lamps, the constant current for diode lasers, and the high-voltage pulses for Nd:YAG lasers.
- Integrated Safety Protocols:Typically includes built-in protection against overloads, overvoltage, short circuits, and overheating, which helps safeguard both the operator and the more expensive laser components.

Selection, Integration, and Safety
Precise Compatibility is Critical Power supplies are not universal. They must be matched exactly to the make and model of the aestheticdevice. Using an incompatible PSUcan cause immediate failure of theunit or the laser system itpowers. | Professional Installation Required Due to the high voltages and critical system integration involved, installation should only be performed by a qualified technician. This ensures correct wiring, grounding, and communication setup. | Adequate Ventilation The PSU must be installed in a well-ventilated area within the device chassis to prevent overheating, as specified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). | Technical Specifications Always cross-reference the part number, output voltage/current ratings, connector types, and physical dimensions with the original unit before purchasing. |
Power Supply FAQ
▶ How do I know which power rating (800W, 1400W, etc.) I need?
The required power rating is specified by your laser machine's manufacturer. It is determined by the energy needs of the optical module. Always replace with the same power rating as the original unit.
▶ Can a higher wattage power supply be used to replace a lower wattage one?
No. This is not recommended. The system is designed to draw a specific amount of power. A mismatched PSU can lead to improper system operation or damage, even if the physical connectors fit.
▶ What are the signs of a failing power supply?
Common indicators include: the system failing to power on, inconsistent output energy during treatment, error messages related to power or communication, or the system shutting down unexpectedly during operation.
▶ Is this a user-serviceable part?
No. The power supply contains high voltages that can be lethal even when the unit is disconnected from mains power. Replacement and servicing must only be conducted by trained and qualified technical personnel.
Ordering Information
To ensure you receive the correct and compatible power supply, please provide the following information when ordering:
Aesthetic Device Manufacturer (e.g., Cynosure, Lumenis or another OEM)
Aesthetic Device Full Model Name/Number (e.g., GentleMax Pro, Lightsheer Duet, Harmony XL)
The Original PSU's Part Number (This is the most reliable way to ensure a correct match)
Output Power Rating (e.g., 1400W)
A Photo of the Original PSU (showing labels, connectors, and dimensions)
Contact our technical team with your device details to confirm compatibility. Using an incorrectly specified power supply can cause irreversible damage to your valuable equipment.
Configuration notice: Specifications, accessories, interface options and permitted uses vary by destination market and confirmed configuration. The Proforma Invoice, configuration sheet and model-specific documents supplied before payment take precedence.
