Plan the parts behind every equipment sale
Cartridges, tips, filters, handpieces and modules affect a clinic's operating cost and uptime. We help identify them before the equipment order and confirm each reorder against the exact model.
Know the reorder path before the machine ships
A reliable parts process starts with compatibility and written records. Reminder timing and stock plans should be based on actual clinic use, not generic promises.
Identify wear parts
Confirm the exact model, included accessories, replaceable parts, current specifications and any available lifespan reference.
Record commercial terms
Quote part price, MOQ, compatibility, expected availability, warranty treatment and freight separately where applicable.
Track actual usage
The clinic or distributor records usage and condition. Any reminder interval is agreed from real workload and manufacturer guidance.
Reconfirm before dispatch
Match model and part number again, then confirm stock, price, lead time, shipping and import responsibility in writing.
Points to put in the order record
Availability varies by model and order; these are verification points rather than universal promises.
- Exact machine model, part name or number, specification and compatibility evidence
- Included quantity, optional spares, packaging and storage requirements
- Usage or condition record and an agreed reminder contact when requested
- MOQ, price validity, lead time, warranty and freight confirmed for each reorder

How consumable orders are confirmed
- Price by exact part and order. Part number, quantity, currency and price validity are provided in a quotation rather than assumed from the equipment price.
- No automatic price lock. Any fixed-price period must be negotiated and written into a distributor agreement or quotation.
- MOQ depends on the item. Small reorders may be possible, but minimum quantity, packaging and courier acceptance must be confirmed for the part.
- Reminders are agreed, not assumed. Where requested, we can record a follow-up plan; the buyer should still track real consumption and stock locally.
