These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website operated by ZENLASE ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only — the commercial terms of any purchase are set out separately in your quotation, our partnership terms, and the Proforma Invoice you sign.

1. Information on this site

We work to keep it accurate, but specifications, configurations and availability can change, and images are for illustration. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result. Always confirm the exact configuration in writing before you order.

The equipment presented here is intended for trained professionals and business buyers (distributors, clinics and their operators). Content on this site is not medical advice and is not directed at patients or consumers. You are responsible for using any equipment safely and in line with its instructions and training.

3. Quotations and prices

Any price, discount or lead time shown or sent to you is an indication only and is not binding until confirmed in a written quotation and a signed Proforma Invoice. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. We correct genuine errors in pricing or description before an order is finalised.

4. Regulatory and import responsibility

Rules on registering, importing and using medical and aesthetic devices differ by country and change over time. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for device registration, import licensing, customs clearance and lawful use in your market. Where we publish local import notes (see our market guides), they are general guidance gathered in good faith, not legal advice, and you should verify current requirements with your local authority.

5. Certifications and third-party marks

Where we state that a product holds a certification, we do so based on documents held on file, which we can provide on request. Brand names, model names and trademarks of other companies mentioned for comparison or compatibility remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply any endorsement or partnership.

The text, layout, graphics and other content of this site are owned by or licensed to ZENLASE and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site, as distinct from the specific commitments we make in a signed order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Order documents

The final commercial terms for an order are the terms confirmed in its quotation, Proforma Invoice and any signed agreement. If those documents differ from general website information, the order documents take precedence.
